Women’s lives are shaped by embodied cycles—physical, emotional, psychological, cellular—that mirror the turning of the seasons. These cycles are known as Women’s Mysteries. They include, but are not limited to, the blood mysteries of birth, menarche, childbirth and lactation, menopause, and death. They also include the psychic, relational, and cultural passages women undergo simply by being female in a patriarchal world. Our journey around the Wheel mirrors our own life transitions. We cannot separate ourselves from Nature’s cycles because we are Nature.
This two 2 ½ hour class series provides an in-depth exploration beyond the limitations of the popular model of Maiden/Mother/Crone. We can use the annual journey around the Wheel of the Year to explore complex and nuanced realities of our lives. Through lecture and experiential practices women will integrate our lives with the Goddess and the turning Wheel.

Registration Information: This two session class is limited to 15 women on a first-come basis. There is no pre-req. to participate. Deadline to register is July 5th (or until class fills). There are no refunds after the deadline. Please inquire about your spot in this class by writing to Ruth at info@guardiansofthegrove.org before registering for this class.
